Torshi-Liteh comes from the central province and consists of: aubergines, celery stalks, carrots, cabbage, red pepper, green pepper, chilli peppers, cauliflower, parsley, savory mint, tarragon, garlic cloves, salt, ground chilli, turmeric and black Caraway, diced and pickled in white wine vinegar.
